Sarah is a Certified Spinal Flow Practitioner & Spinal Energetics Student, she is dedicated to helping individuals and families restore balance, wellness, and healing. She completed her hands-on Spinal Flow training in Mexico and is currently training in Spinal Energetics, both modalities offer a gentle yet intentional approach designed to regulate the nervous system and support the body’s natural ability to heal & feel its best.
